fix(esp_timer): avoid signed integer overflow in ESP_SYSTEM_INIT_FN 
CONFIG_ESP_TIMER_ISR_AFFINITY can be equal to -1, whereas
ESP_SYSTEM_INIT_FN takes an uint16_t argument. To avoid overflow,
move the choice of init mask into source code and set the value
explicitly.

refactor(startup): implement registration of core init functions 
Similar to how the secondary init functions were already registered
via ESP_SYSTEM_INIT_FN, do the same for the core init functions.
This MR doesn't actually move the init functions into respective
components yet. This has to be carefully done in follow-up MRs.

52e3f09b32 refactor(spi): moved spi hw sharing func to hw support 
Common spi functionality for sharing the SPI bus between modules is moved from esp_driver_spi to
a more fitting location in esp_hw_support (shared HW resource control).

This also allows us to decouple the spi_flash driver from esp_driver_spi, removing
esp_driver_spi and esp_ringbuf from G1 builds.

fix(esp32h2): program use_hardware_k efuse bit for ECDSA key purpose 
In ESP32-H2, the ECDSA peripheral by default uses the TRNG (hardware)
generated k value but it can be overridden to software supplied k.
This can happen through by overriding the `ECDSA_SOFTWARE_SET_K` bit
in the configuration register. Even though the HAL API is not exposed
for this but still it could be achieved by direct register
programming. And for this scenario, if sufficiently random k is not
supplied by the software then it could posses a security risk.

In this change, we are unconditionally programming the efuse
`ESP_EFUSE_ECDSA_FORCE_USE_HARDWARE_K` bit during startup security
checks itself. Additionally, same is ensured in the `esp_efuse_write_key`
API as well. This always enforces the hardware k mode in the ECDSA
peripheral and ensures strongest possible security.

d38f100223 change(freertos/idf): Deprecate some FreeRTOS IDF addition functions 
This commit deprecates xTaskGetAffinity(), xTaskGetCurrentTaskHandleForCPU()
and xTaskGetIdleTaskHandleForCPU() APIs for IDF-FreeRTOS kernel.
Instead, users are directed to use alternatives. All other
components in IDF using these functions have been updated accordingly.

28f19cf0e6 fix(ram_app): Fixed issue ram_app can't use the SPI Flash 
1st bootloader won't help to initialize the MSPI & cache properly as it
usually do when loading from flash. And the ram app doesn't have valid
headers.

Since there is no enough space in 2nd bootloader, we replace the
`bootloader_init_spi_flash` in the ram_app (!pure_ram_app), with an
customized alternative of it for the ram_app.

This alternative helps to initialize the MSPI & cache properly, without
the help of 1st bootloader or image headers.

a8b1475fe7 feat(riscv): implement coprocessors save area and FPU support 
This commit mainly targets the ESP32-P4. It adds supports for coprocessors on
RISC-V based targets. The coprocessor save area, describing the used coprocessors
is stored at the end of the stack of each task (highest address) whereas each
coprocessor save area is allocated at the beginning of the task (lowest address).
The context of each coprocessor is saved lazily, by the task that want to use it.

9968a48c36 refactor(freertos/task_snapshot): Make task snapshot private 
Task snapshot API were never intended to be called from user code. This commit
makes task snapshot a private API thus moves `#include "freertos/task_snapshot.h"`
to `#include "esp_private/freertos_debug.h"`.

Task snapshot related Kconfig options have also been hidden.

Note: Added 'freertos_common' mapping to ldgen mapping execptions lists due to
inlining of 'freertos_debug.h' functions.

be2c591129 fix(startup): flip the security configuration check order 
For cases where the bootloader is not enabled with the security features
ends up receiving an incorrect application with flash encryption enabled
should not really program any security efuses.

In the startup sequence, we first used to program the ROM DL mode
configuration but now we check for the flash encryption related checks
first. If the flash encryption related checks finds that flash
encryption is not enabled on the device then it aborts the boot process.
This is the case with `CONFIG_SECURE_FLASH_CHECK_ENC_EN_IN_APP` enabled.

This would at-least ensure that accidental program of security enabled
application does not really program any ROM DL mode efuses and there is
chance to recover the device.

659ec67967 refactor(freertos): Remove option for Task Snapshot 
Previously, Task Snapshot could be conditionally built based on the
CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT option. However, there is no overhead
with always enabling Task Snapshot functions, as the linker will remove any
functions if they are not called.

This commit...

- removes all ESP-IDF dependencies on the CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT
option so that Task Snapshot functions are always available.
- Makes CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT a hidden option to maintain
compatibility with user code.
- adds documentation regarding Task Snapshot.

6fc935e584 refactor(freertos): Refactor usage of portBASE_TYPE to BaseType_t 
portBASE_TYPE is an internal macro defined by the porting layer. This commit

304c7572a6 refactor(interrupt):put the interrupts definitions in soc/interrupts.h 
Now the soc interrupts definitions are scattered around in the esp-idf
which are out of sync. Put interrupts definitions in soc/periph_defs.h
(!ESP32) or soc/soc.h(ESP32) together in soc/interrupts.h.

The commit fixes the case:
If variables in RTC RAM have been moved around by the linker,
they will be filled with garbage data. Any reset other than OTA would work fine
because the variables would still be initialized from the initial bootup.

So now system time will be valid even after OTA.

ceb121fd57 esp_system: Fix a race-condition in esp_ipc_isr (in QEMU env) 
The race condition is very unlikely on real hardware but can be observed with
qemu under heavy load.
Also add missing `memw` instructions which are generated by the C compiler but
absent in the assembly code.

785bd812e9 cpu_start: move esp_rom_spiflash_attach earilier 
esp_rom_spiflash_attach is called in cpu_start.c when it's
CONFIG_APP_BUILD_TYPE_RAM && !CONFIG_APP_BUILD_TYPE_PURE_RAM_APP.

This function will:
- reset MSPI
- configure MSPI IOs
- configure MSPI into slow read mode

Prior to this commit, this function is put quite late. It's OK for chips
earlier than C6. On C6 and H2, MMU registers are in SPI_MEM_x, so
resetting MSPI registers will also reset MMU registers.

After this commit, this funciton is called eariler, before
cpu_start.c: bootloader_init().

03bc6488de bugfix(esp_system): made watchpoint setting configuration-dependent 
esp_execute_shared_stack_function always restored the stack watchpoint
regardless of CONFIG_FREERTOS_WATCHPOINT_END_OF_STACK. This would lead
to an abondoned but active watchpoint on a former stack once the task
calling esp_execute_shared_stack_function is deleted, if
CONFIG_FREERTOS_WATCHPOINT_END_OF_STACK is inactive.
This has been fixed now.

3cbac3dd1d esp_system: Ensure TIMG0 clock is always enabled during normal operation 
If the TimerGroup 0 clock is disabled and then reenabled, the watchdog
registers (Flashboot protection included) will be re-enabled, and some
seconds later, will trigger an unintended reset.

1. Remove RTC_CLOCK_BBPLL_POWER_ON_WITH_USB Kconfig option
   During sleep, BBPLL clock always gets disabled
   esp_restart does not disable BBPLL clock, so that first stage bootloader log can be printed
2. Add a new Kconfig option PM_NO_AUTO_LS_ON_USJ_CONNECTED
   When this option is selected, IDF will constantly monitor USB CDC port connection status.
   As long as it gets connected to a HOST, automatic light-sleep will not happen.

Initialize the pmu sleep machine constant when pmu is initialized, and calculate
the pmu sleep time adjustment value and hardware configuration value according
to the machine constant during system sleep.

Calibrate fast OSC before each sleep and use the calibration value to calculate
PMU hardware wait cycles when use the fast OSC as the work clock.

4d16f46a88 esp_system: fix placement of __stack_chk_fail from flash to RAM 
When stack check is enabled, certain functions (sometimes placed in RAM)
are being decorated with stack guards and a call to __stask_chk_fail() in
case ofr stack corruption. For this reason, __stack_chk_fail() must be
placed in RAM too.

Add stack check config in heap tests on all targets to find eventual flash to RAM
calls due to stack checks when running callgraph_check.py

0c97fbd5ba riscv: Remove redundant riscv_interrupts.h header 
This commit removes the riscv_interrupts.h header is it has become redundant. The previously
exposed API has been handled as follows:

- "riscv_interrupt_enable()" and "riscv_interrupt_disable()" have been removed. These functions
  were declarations only and never had any implementation.
- "riscv_global_interrupts_enable()" and "riscv_global_interrupts_disable()" renamed to
  "rv_utils_intr_global_enable()" and "rv_utils_intr_global_disable()" respectively and now
  placed in rv_utils.h

53c7dd4efc WDT: implement interrupt wdt and task wdt for ESP32-C2 
ESP32-C2 has a single group timer, thus it will use it for the interrupt watchdog,
which is more critical than the task watchdog. The latter is implement in
software thanks to the `esp_timer`component.

2d44dc1eed mmu: driver framework, for vaddr maintenance 
This commit gives basic mmu driver framework. Now it is able to maintain
mmu virtual address usage on esp32, esp32s2 and esp32s3. Usage to
external virtual address should rely on mmu functions to know which
address range is available, instead of hardcoded.

This commit also improves psram memory that is added to the heap
allocator. Now it's added to the heap, according to the memory
alignment.

fbcde6777f newlib: Add workaround for printf functions using 32-bit time_t on first call 
sizeof(time_t) was previously switched from 4 to 8, ROM functions that use
time_t or dependent types (such as "struct stat") are no longer called due as
they still treat sizeof(time_t) as 4 (see commit
24c20d188e).

However, there is a ROM callpath that was left out. If putchar is the first
stdio print related call, the call path will result in cantwrite() ->
__swsetup_r() -> __smakebuf_r() -> __swhatbuf_r() using the ROM "struct stat"
(where sizeof(time_t)==4).

Instead of removing all printf related ROM newlib functions (which will result
in increased binary size), this commit adds a workaround to setup the stdio
files before any print related calls occur.

This results in cantwrite() always returning false, thus the callpath described
above never being reached.

a73dd07d12 esp_hw_support: Fix esp_light_sleep_start() deadlock 
esp_light_sleep_start() will stall the other CPU via esp_ipc_isr_stall_other_cpu(). After stalling the other CPU,
will call esp_clk_... API which themselves take locks. If the other stalled CPU is holding those locks, this will
result in a deadlock.

This commit adds a workaround calling esp_clk_private_lock() to take the lock before stalling the other CPU.

e25cda2c40 Task WDT: Interuptee task stack is now used for backtracing, regardless of the CPU core 
For RISC-V and Xtensa targets, in case a panic needs to happen when
Task WDT is triggered (ESP_TASK_WDT_PANIC), the interruptee's stack
is now used for printing the backtrace.
Abort after Task Watchdog is triggered can happen on APP CPU (second core).
