df662c30e4 bootloader_support(esp32c2): Fix WR_DIS_RD_DIS burn for secure boot key 
SB key is left readable, the corresponding bit in RD_DIS is unset.
We set write-protection for RD_DIS to ensure that the SB key is always readable.

f29eda26e6 esp_adc: replace hardcoded calibration version to a macro 
On esp32c3 and esp32s3, we support calibration version 1. This commit

33a3616635 refactor (bootloader_support, efuse)!: remove target-specific rom includes 
The following two functions in bootloader_support are private now:
* esp_secure_boot_verify_sbv2_signature_block()
* esp_secure_boot_verify_rsa_signature_block()
They have been moved into private header files
inside bootloader_private/

* Removed bootloader_reset_reason.h and
  bootloader_common_get_reset_reason() completely.
  Alternative in ROM component is available.

* made esp_efuse.h independent of target-specific rom header

global: add dependency on esp_timer component and include esp_timer.h 
Some components were including esp_timer.h without declaring a
dependency on esp_timer component. This used to work due to a
transitive public dependency on esp_timer from freertos component.
Add explicit dependencies where needed.
Also some source files were using esp_timer functions without
including the header file. This used to work because esp_timer.h was
included from freertos port header file. This commit adds esp_timer.h
includes where needed.

57fd78f5ba freertos: Remove legacy data types 
This commit removes the usage of all legacy FreeRTOS data types that
are exposed via configENABLE_BACKWARD_COMPATIBILITY. Legacy types can

f45d25d380 efuse_table_gen: Fixes wrong joining fields with omitted names 
The issue is related to the non-sequential way of description when
such fields going together sequential.

Related to esp32h2 chip for eFuses: MAC_FACTORY and MAC_EXT.
The issue is in wrong indexes of MAC_EXT.
MAC_EXT got indexes like it is joined to MAC_FACTORY.

5cc329b9d0 driver/adc: support for esp32s2 adc calibration scheme V2 
notice that the o_code is now pulled from efuse instead of automatically calibrated. This may influence other parts of the system.

After setting _GLOBAL_REENT, ESP_LOGIx can be used instead of ESP_EARLY_LOGx.
