c45784b8c4 hal: Fix systimer counter value bit field 
This commit fixes the systimer_counter_value_t by adding a resreved field so that the
type fills 64-bits.

Without the reserved field, when compiling with -O0 optimization, the unoccupied high
bits would not be initalized by the compiler, leading to systimer_hal_get_counter_value()
returning a garbage value.

8af172ec46 esp_system: FIx TWDT SMP FreeRTOS unicore build error 
When configNUM_CORES = 1, vTaskCoreAffinityGet() is not defined. This
commit fixes the TWDT to omit calls to vTaskCoreAffinityGet() when building
for unicore.

After refactoring the target components (e.g. esp32) no longer contained any real functionality.

56d45f9999 freertos: Fix queue set tests for SMP FreeRTOS 
The "Test Queue sets thread safety" tests relied on IDF FreeRTOS specific
scheduling behavior, thus resulting in the test getting stuck when running
with SMP FreeRTOS.

This commit updates and refactors the tests to work on both IDF and SMP FreeRTOS.

This commit fixes how SMP FreeRTOS feeds the INT WDT. Previously, the
port used vApplicationTickHook(). Now, all cores will feed the INT WDT
in xPortSysTickHandler().

bf8ceae780 vfs: Fix potential select() race if both sock and other-fd trigger 
This fixes a potential race condition in select() if both a socket-fd
and non-socket fd trigger simultaneously to unblock this select.
In case of both fds, we use lwip's local thread semaphore, so we only
have to try return it (if it was taken/triggered more than once) when
we exit select().

e09ef86d7c partition_table: Add warning when partitions are nearly full 
This adds a warning in cases where the smallest partition is nearly full.
A test with a specially crafted partition table is created for the smallest partition warning.
If the threshold or the template itself change, change the factory app partition size as well.

abb6bb1181 esp_hw_support/sleep: fix cannot enable sleep reject in some cases 
When enable sleep reject before this fix, we have two limitations:
1. it must be light sleep
2. RTC GPIO wakeup source must be set

We require light sleep because `esp_deep_sleep_start` function has
been declared with "noreturn" attribute, So developers don't expect
that this function may return (due to an error or a sleep reject).
But the requirement for RTC GPIO wakeup source is not reasonable for
all chips. This requirement exists because ESP32 only supports RTC GPIO
and SDIO sleep reject sources. But later chips support all sleep reject
sources.

This fix brings the following changes:
for ESP32: RTC GPIO and SDIO sleep reject sources can be enabled
           when corresponding wakeup source is set.

for later chips: all sleep reject sources can be enabled when
                 corresponding wakeup source is set.

Since ulp wakeup signal are connected to ulp int raw(except esp32), we
need to clear ulp int raw before sleep when ulp wakeup enabled. Otherwise,
if the ulp int raw is already set, chip will not sleep properly.

2905cbbe03 pm: fixed RTC8M domain power issues 
introduced in e44ead5356

1. The int8M power domain config by default is PD. While LEDC is using
RTC8M as clock source, this power domain will be kept on.

But when 8MD256 is used as RTC clock source, the power domain should
also be kept on.

On ESP32, there was protection for it, but broken by commit
e44ead5356. Currently the power domain
will be forced on when LEDC is using RTC8M as clock source &&
!int8m_pd_en (user enable ESP_PDP_DOMAIN_RTC8M in lightsleep). Otherwise
the power domain will be powered off, regardless of RTC clock source.

In other words, int8M domain will be forced off (even when 8MD256
used as RTC clock source) if LEDC not using RTC8M as clock source, user
doesn't enable ESP_PDP_DOMAIN_RTC8M, or in deep sleep.

On later chips, there's no such protection, so 8MD256 could't be used as
RTC clock source in sleep modes.

This commit adds protection of 8MD256 clock to other chips. Fixes the
incorrect protection logic overriding on ESP32. Now the power domain
will be determiend by the logic below (order by priority):

    1. When RTC clock source uses 8MD256, power up
    2. When LEDC uses RTC8M clock source, power up
    3. In deepsleep, power down
    4. Otherwise determined by user config of ESP_PDP_DOMAIN_RTC8M,
       power down by default. (This is preferred to have highest
       priority, but it's kept as is because of current code structure.)

2. Before, after the macro `RTC_SLEEP_CONFIG_DEFAULT` decides dbias, the
protection above may force the int8m PU. This may cause the inconsistent
of dbias and the int8m PU status.

This commit lifts the logic of pd int8m/xtal fpu logic to upper layer
(sleep_modes.c).

freertos: add return value to API vTaskGetSnapshot 
`vTaskGetSnapshot` is being used in coredump module to collect diagnostic information.
It is possible that input arguments are invalid and `assert` in this situation is not
correct.

This commit modifies API signature to return pdTRUE in case of success, and pdFALSE
otherwise. Caller can verify return value and then take appropriate decision.

7a4cacfcd0 console: allow use apb clock for uart to achieve high baud rate 
Console sets UART clock source to REF_TICK on ESP32 and ESP32S2 by
default, however, APB clock frequency does not change when power
management is disabled. Using APB clock source allows higher baud rates
for UART console.

2fb43820c2 driver_ng: implement new rmt driver 
The legacy driver can't handle the breaking change between esp chips

very well.

And it's not elegant to extend new feature like DMA, ETM.

The new driver can return a opaque handle for each RMT channel.

An obvious transaction concept was also introduced.

TX and RX functionalities are splited out.

5bfe873725 driver: deprecate legacy rmt driver 
The legacy driver is still available, but new feature won't be added.
Enable RMT_SUPPRESS_DEPRECATE_WARN if you don't want to see the
deprecated warnings.

283f569a03 freertos-smp: refactor thread local storage pointers deletion callbacks 
This commit updates how the TLS pointers deletion callbacks are called
during task deletion in the FreeRTOS SMP kernel. The callbacks are now
routed through the portCLEAN_UP_TCB() macro. This commit also adds a
new kconfig option CONFIG_FREERTOS_TLSP_DELETION_CALLBACKS to control
the enablement of the TLSP deletion callbacks.

c7a827a136 kconfig: update check_kconfigs.py to handle orsource command 
check_kconfigs.py would only correctly handle "source", but not "rsource", "osource"
or "orsource".

Fixed any warnings detected after updating the test.
