If esp_restart_noos() is run and the stack address points to external memory (SPIRAM)
then Cache_Read_Disable() raises up the error "Cache disabled but cached memory region accessed"
to fix this we switch stack to internal RAM before disable cache.
Added unit tests.

The SPI bus lock on SPI1 introduces two side effects:
1. The device lock for the main flash requires the
`CONFIG_FREERTOS_SUPPORT_STATIC_ALLOCATION` to be selected, however this
option is disabled by default in earlier IDF versions. Some developers
may find their project cannot be built by their old sdkconfig files.
2. Usually we don't need the lock on the SPI1 bus, due to it's
restrictions. However the overhead still exists in this case, the IRAM
cost for static version of semaphore functions, and the time cost when
getting and releasing the lock.
This commit:
1. Add a CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BYPASS_MAIN_LOCK option, which will forbid the
space cost, as well as the initialization of the main bus lock.
2. When the option is not selected, the bus lock is used, the
`CONFIG_FREERTOS_SUPPORT_STATIC_ALLOCATION` will be selected explicitly.
3. Revert default value of `CONFIG_FREERTOS_SUPPORT_STATIC_ALLOCATION`
to `n`.

This configuration overflows DRAM size for esp32s2 and hence
resulting in CI failure. Removing this config as it does not
add any value in esp32s2 context.
Ensure that newly spawned task stack (dynamic) is getting freed up before
test completion and thus preventing false memory leak indication failure.
unit-test-app: add an API test_utils_task_delete
This API ensures that dynamic memory of deleted task gets freed up
before return. This helps for preventing false memory leak detections
in test failures.
Allocation of the temporary internal buffer will now repeat until a small enough buffer can be
allocated, and only fail if less than a 256 byte block of internal RAM is free.
Adds unit test for the same, and generic test utility for creating memory pressure.
Configurable option to use IRAM as byte accessible memory (in single core mode) using
load-store (non-word aligned and non-word size IRAM access specific) exception handlers.
This allows to use IRAM for use-cases where certain performance penalty
(upto 170 cpu cycles per load or store operation) is acceptable. Additional configuration
option has been provided to redirect mbedTLS specific in-out content length buffers to
IRAM (in single core mode), allows to save 20KB per TLS connection.

If we have multiple configs, we need to flash DUT with different binaries. But if we don't close DUT before apply new config, the old DUT will be reused, so new config name will not be applied.
It gave us a better performance of RSA operations. (2~11 times)
The old modexp implementation (Z = X ^ Y mod M) loaded all the data into
the hw registers and was waiting for completion, but due to
the hardware RSA implementation, the calculations always started with 4096 bit,
which took a lot of time.
Measurement results (measurements were made for keys: 2048, 3072 and 4096 bits)
(Old) - Sliding-window exponentiation (HAC 14.85):
keysize = 2048 bits
RSA key operation (performance): public [93206 us], private [280189 us]
keysize = 3072 bits
RSA key operation (performance): public [293614 us], private [858157 us]
keysize = 4096 bits
RSA key operation (performance): public [653192 us], private [1912126 us]
Instead (Old) - Sliding-window exponentiation (HAC 14.85) was implemented
(New) - Montgomery exponentiation (HAC 14.94) which showed
better performance on private and public keys.

keysize = 3072 bits
RSA key operation (performance): public [35073 us], private [392743 us]
keysize = 4096 bits

For this reason, the old implementation was removed
and the MBEDTLS_HARDWARE_MPI option was turned on by default.
Why the MPI_INTERRUPT option is removed:
the old implementation used calculations on the hardware and
it took a lot of time (10ms - 500ms). And in order not to stand idle
while waiting for completion, an interrupt option was added.
This made it possible to carry out other tasks during the calculation,
and this one to block. The new method is free from such a drawback and
the maximum duration of one RSA HW operation does not exceed 70us (usually 2-70 μs).
This option is no longer needed.

The workaround for PSRAM that will occupy an SPI bus is enabled only when:
1. used on 32MBit ver 0 PSRAM.
2. work at 80MHz.
The test used to only check 32MBit by the config option, but for PSRAM
on Wrover-B module seems to use a newer version of 32MBit PSRAM. So it
expects the workaround to be enabled, but actually not.
This commit split the unit test into two parts:
1. check all SPI buses are available, for all configs except psram_hspi
and psram_vspi, run on regular runners (including Wrover and Wrover-B).
a hidden option is enabled so that the compiler knows it's not building
psram_hspi or psram_vspi.
2. check the specified bus are acquired, for config psram_hspi and
psram_vspi. This only run on special runner (legacy Wrover module).
DEFAULT_CPU_FREQ and ULP_COPROC_ENABLED options have chip-specific
names, and should be set in a chip-specific sdkconfig.defaults file.
This commit also changes the default CPU frequency for ESP32S2 unit
tests to 240 MHz.
Bug was this sequence:
1. old sdkconfig file has some settings (maybe target=esp32s2beta)
2. idf.py builds a new sdkconfig.defaults file with full new settings
3. new settings includes something that conflicts with the old settings (for example,
CONFIG_IDF_TARGET=esp32 and BT_ENABLE=y)
4. confgen tries to apply the new "defaults" to the existing sdkconfig, settings end up a mix of both due to the conflicts
Fix is to generate the sdkconfig file directly.

To keep code compatible with older versions of pyyaml
and keep best perfomance CLoader with fallback to Loader is used.
The build system automatically determines offsets of partitions from
the partition table, so no manual changes are needed. Instead, add a
note that partition offsets may need to be updated when increasing
the bootloader size.
We could split cases of same config into multiple binaries as we have limited rom space. So we should regard those configs like `default` and `default_2` as the same config.
This commit refactors backtracing within the panic handler so that a common
function esp_backtrace_get_next_frame() is used iteratively to traverse a
callstack.
A esp_backtrace_print() function has also be added that allows the printing
of a backtrace at runtime. The esp_backtrace_print() function allows unity to
print the backtrace of failed test cases and jump back to the main test menu
without the need reset the chip. esp_backtrace_print() can also be used as a
debugging function by users.

we use `-` command to check if DUT reset pass. If we input `-` command
during DUT bootup, DUT could only receive `\n` and print test cases.
Print test cases could take long time and lead to reset check timeout.
Now we will add delay after reset, and enlarge reset check timeout to
solve this problem.

1. All global options should go before subcommands, i.e. `idf.py build -C ~/some/project` will not work anymore, only `idf.py -C ~/some/project build` is acceptable
2. To provide multiple values to an option like `--define-cache-entry` it's necessary to repeat option many times, i.e. `idf.py -D entry1 entry2 entry3` will not work, right way is: `idf.py -D entry1 -D entry2 -D entry3`
At the moment there are 3 options like this: `--define-cache-entry` in base list and `--test-components` and `--test-exclude-components` in the unit test extensions

1. ref_clock used in unit tests occasionally produces time off by ~100
microseconds shortly after being started. Add a delay to let
ref_clock stabilise, until the cause is found.
2. Reduce roundoff error accumulation which would occasionally cause
the test to fail, by choosing an overflow value which can be divided
by APB frequency.
3. Move time sampling part of the test into an IRAM function to
reduce variations due to cache behavior.
4. Remove calculation of "standard deviation" in the test, as what was
calculated was not actually standard deviation, and it did not add any
useful information.

New unity component can be used for testing other applications.
Upstream version of Unity is included as a submodule.
Utilities specific to ESP-IDF unit tests (partitions, leak checking
setup/teardown functions, etc) are kept only in unit-test-app.
Kconfig options are added to allow disabling certain Unity features.
There's still a small chance that can't process command issue still
happen on some runners. Now we change the way to detect if the runner
reset finished: input `-` to check test history for a few times until it
succeeded. If DUT can process check history command, then it should be
able to process other test commands.

KConfig: The option CONFIG_ESP32_RTCDATA_IN_FAST_MEM is added in Kconfig file for esp32 component.
esp32.common.ld: added support of RTC_DATA_ATTR, RTC_RODATA_ATTR data placement into appropriate segment according to Kconfig option.

If project.mk is included twice in recursive invocation of Make, some
variables defined on the first pass will not be redefined on the
second pass. Rather than cleaning up these variables before calling
Make recursively, don’t include IDF project.mk at all, if one of the
ut- targets is requested.
This change allows readonly FATFS to be mounted without wear levelling
support. This will provide the customers a simple way to mount FATFS images
generated on host and flashed onto the chip during factory provisioning.
Since NVS encryption is not supported yet and NVS entry size is limited,
the change will provide an easy alternative for securing the provisioning data
by just marking FATFS parition as encrypted.
For some test configurations, not all tests need to be run. This
change allows adding a comment in the configuration file of the
following form:
unit-test-app makefile will use it to determine which components to
build. If the comment is not present, all components will be built
(TESTS_ALL=1).
Also add test configuration for libsodium. It is a separate test
configuration due to the large binary size generated when building
libsodium tests.
Before entering the deep sleep, the RTC and FRC counters are synchronized. Updating the boot_time.
Added a unit test for this case.

We have built unit-test-app with different configs.
Currently we use the config name as tags to match runners.
It's not easy to add new configs (need to update tags to existed runners).
Now we'll parse required test runner tags from `sdkconfig` file.
For example, if config enables `CONFIG_SPIRAM_SUPPORT`, then it requires `psram` tag.
This will make adding new configs easier.
In this commit we change the one behavior of assign test: match keys of
cases should be exactly the same with job tags. This fixes cases select
jobs include their tags, and jobs requires those tags can't be assigned.
Unit test runner expects to see the test name echoed after test
selection is made. If the unit test immediately goes into sleep mode,
UART output will not be complete, and test runner will not see the
test name. This flushes the stream buffer and waits for UART FIFO to
be empty before starting the test.
Additionally some parts of code used unity_printf and some used
printf. Since unity_printf was only useful during very early tests
when newlib was not available, replace all its usages with printf.
We had some problems:
simultaneous compiling of kconfig in the same tree;
attempt to use menuconfig in some examples and ut in batch mode (w/o interactive console)

add variable DEBUG_SHELL to toggle verbosity of scripts
current unit-test-app don't support test components need to communicate
with each other (like GPIO, SPI ...). Now we add multiple devices mode
to unit test app, support writing and running test with multiple DUTs.

This commit backports vTaskDelete() behavior from FreeRTOS v9.0.0 which
allows for the immediate freeing of task memory if the task being deleted
is not currently running and not pinned to the other core. This commit also
fixes a bug in prvCheckTasksWaitingTermination which prevented the
Idle Task from cleaning up all tasks awaiting deletion. Each iteration of the Idle
Task should traverse the xTasksWaitingTermination list and clean up all tasks
not pinned to the other core. The previous implementation would cause
prvCheckTasksWaitingTermination to return when encountering a task
pinned to the other core whilst traversing the xTasksWaitingTermination list.
The test case for vTaskDelete() has been updated to test for the bugfix and
backported deletion behavior.

This commit makes the configQUEUE_REGISTRY_SIZE and
configGENERATE_RUN_TIME_STATS configurable in menuconfig.
- configQUEUE_REGISTRY_SIZE can now be set in menuconfig.
- The functions vQueueAddToRegistry() and vQueueUnregisterQueue() were made
SMP compatbile
- pcQueueGetName() was backported from FreeRTOS v9.0.0
- Added test case for Queue Registry functions
- configGENERATE_RUN_TIME_STATS can now be enabled in menuconfig. CCOUNT or
esp_timer can be selected as the FreeRTOS run time clock in menuconfig as
well, although CCOUNT will overflow quickly.
- Run time stats collection (in vTaskSwitchContext) and generation (in
uxTaskGetSystemState) have been made SMP compatible. Therefore
vTaskGetRunTimeStats() now displays the run time usage of each task as a
percentage of total runtime of both CPUs
