This commit does the following:
- Add a Kconfig option to select between the IDF FreeRTOS kernel and the
FreeRTOS SMP kernel.
- Updates the freertos component's CMakeLists.txt so that FreeRTOS SMP
files are now built based the the new configuration option.
This commit WILL NOT compile. The port files for FreeRTOS SMP still need to
be updated.
The following changes have been made:
1. All FreeRTOS kernel source files are now placed in the
freertos/FreeRTOS-Kernel folder to match with the upstream folder structure.
2. All kernel include files are now placed in freertos/FreeRTOS-Kernel/include.
3. All port files are now placed in freertos/FreeRTOS-Kernel/portable.
4. All additions/customizations are placed in freertos/esp_additions.
5. All other miscellaneous files (README, License files etc.) are moved to
freertos/FreeRTOS-Kernel folder to match with the upstream.
6. Updated esp-cryptoauthlib to latest commit to resolve FreeRTOS
include dependencies.

Before newlib 3.3.0, <dirent.h> bundled in newlib did not include any
function declarations. Instead, the file included the platform-
specific <sys/dirent.h>. This inclusion was inside a C++ guard block.
ESP-IDF provided sys/dirent.h inside newlib component, and this file
contained all the necessary function and structure declarations.
Since da418955f5,
common function declarations have been added to <dirent.h> in newlib.
However, the inclusion of sys/dirent.h has been moved out of the C++
guard block. However we didn't notice this change and did not update
sys/dirent.h in ESP-IDF newlib component to and the now-required
C++ guards there.
This commit adds the missing C++ guards to the platform-specific
sys/dirent.h.
The declarations of common dirent.h functions are now present both in
<dirent.h> (provided by newlib) and in sys/dirent.h (provided by IDF).
We keep the declarations in sys/dirent.h for compatibility, since some
ESP-IDF files and applications may include <sys/dirent.h> directly,
rather than <dirent.h>.

The default chip driver (chip_generic) use command 01H + 2 bytes to
clear the QE bit. However this will accidently change the configuration
register value of the MXIC chip.
MXIC chip driver is added to fix that.
Additional test compiling the header to produce assembly:
- checks if header really compiles (previously validated only by
preprocessor)
- checks that the header produced empty object, no inline code to be
present in public headers
