5d04ebab51 examples: Update socket udp_client to support lwip on linux 
This uses FreeRTOS simulator and lwip on linux, with options
to use tap-io commponent for host network interactions.

fa97004faf lwip: Support for linux target 
Implement linux port layer and reuse the original FreeRTOS layer
that's compiled and used on linux target as well, by means of FreeRTOS
simulator.

25c310b3da examples: Add ICMPv6 Echo Request/Reply example. 
Added example to create a raw ICMPv6 socket and sends an ICMPv6 Echo-Request
to the destination ipv6 address and wait for Echo-Reply for esp32 and Linux target.

facab8c5a7 tools: Increase the minimal supported CMake version to 3.16 
This updates the minimal supported version of CMake to 3.16, which in turn enables us to use more CMake features and have a cleaner build system.
This is the version that provides most new features and also the one we use in our latest docker image for CI.

57fd78f5ba freertos: Remove legacy data types 
This commit removes the usage of all legacy FreeRTOS data types that
are exposed via configENABLE_BACKWARD_COMPATIBILITY. Legacy types can
still be used by enabling CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_BACKWARD_COMPATIBILITY.

The "make" build system was deprecated in v4.0 in favor of idf.py
(cmake). The remaining support is removed in v5.0.

81e9266204 [examples]: removed hyphens 
Replaced hyphens with underscores in examples
project definition for all examples which had
hyphens in their project name. dpp-enrollee is
an exceptions because the name matches the
project directory name while the project
directory also contains hyphens.

e305f29382 asio coap: If LWIP IPV6 is disabled, automatically don't build asio & coap 
- Removes need to manually exclude these components as shown at
  https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/issues/3781#issuecomment-825742378

- Hide the config for these components if IPV6 is disabled

- The components are still included in the build, but with no source
  files
