Gustavo Henrique Nihei d21ef9b10a bootloader_support: Fix unused-variable compiler warning 
Builds for every chip other than ESP32 resulted in a compiler warning
due to "drom_load_addr_aligned" and "irom_load_addr_aligned" not being
used, besides being possible to actually reuse them.
Furthermore, extended the logic for the other similar variables.

Bootloader Support Component
============================

Overview
--------

"Bootloader support" contains APIs which are used by the bootloader but are also needed for the main app.

Code in this component needs to be aware of being executed in a bootloader environment (no RTOS available, BOOTLOADER_BUILD macro set) or in an esp-idf app environment (RTOS running, need locking support.)
