Task snapshot API were never intended to be called from user code. This commit
makes task snapshot a private API thus moves `#include "freertos/task_snapshot.h"`
to `#include "esp_private/freertos_debug.h"`.
Task snapshot related Kconfig options have also been hidden.
Note: Added 'freertos_common' mapping to ldgen mapping execptions lists due to
inlining of 'freertos_debug.h' functions.
Previously, Task Snapshot could be conditionally built based on the
CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT option. However, there is no overhead
with always enabling Task Snapshot functions, as the linker will remove any
functions if they are not called.
This commit...
- removes all ESP-IDF dependencies on the CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT
option so that Task Snapshot functions are always available.
- Makes CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT a hidden option to maintain
compatibility with user code.
- adds documentation regarding Task Snapshot.
This commit adds the corresponding CreateWithCaps functions for tasks:
- xTaskCreatePinnedToCoreWithCaps()
- xTaskCreateWithCaps()
- vTaskDeleteWithCaps()
Documentation and migraiton guide have been updated accordingly.

This commit replaces the existing TX/RX semaphores with FreeRTOS task event
lists (similar to how FreeRTOS queues implement task blocking). Using task
event lists allows the ring buffer object to be smaller and various ring buffer
functions to be faster. The ring buffer queue set impelementation was also
updated as a result.
This commit updates the ESP-IDF FreeRTOS and FreeRTOS Additions to account for
the fact that there are now two implementations of SMP FreeRTOS (i.e., IDF SMP
vs Amazon SMP).
This commit removes the usage of all legacy FreeRTOS data types that
are exposed via configENABLE_BACKWARD_COMPATIBILITY. Legacy types can
still be used by enabling CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_BACKWARD_COMPATIBILITY.
This commit refactors the FreeRTOS documentation as follows:
- Rewrite FreeRTOS SMP changes document (ESP-IDF FreeRTOS SMP)
- Reorganized sections in kernel behavior changes
- Rewrote descriptions of each kernel behavior changes
- Added notes about using ESP-IDF FreeRTOS for single core targets
- Moved TLSP callback section to FreeRTOS Additions document
- Moved FreeRTOS configuration section to FreeRTOS API document
- Added notes about FreeRTOS applications in ESP-IDF

This commit updates does the following:
- xRingbufferCreateStatic() added to allow ringbuffers via to be statically
allocated. Docs and unit tests update accordingly. Closes#3064
- Fix doc typos, closes#3248. Updated API reference regarding to mention
item size limits of no-split buffers when calling
xRingbufferGetCurFreeSize() or xRingbufferGetMaxItemSize(), closes#3117.
- Remove the following deprecated types/functions for v4.0
- xRingbufferIsNextItemWrapped()
- xRingbufferAddToQueueSetWrite()
- xRingbufferRemoveFromQueueSetWrite()
If CONFIG_FREERTOS_LEGACY_HOOKS is kept enabled then defining
idle/tick hooks will be applications responsibility as was the
case earlier.

This fixes multiple bugs with ring buffers and re-factors the code. The public
API has not changed, however the underlying implementation have various private
functions have been changed. The following behavioral changes have been made
- Size of ring buffers for No-Split/Allow-Split buffers will not be rounded
up to the nearest 32-bit aligned size. This was done to simplify the
implementation
- Item size for No-Split/Allow-Split buffers will also be rounded up to the
nearest 32-bit aligned size.
The following bugs have been fixed
- In copyItemToRingbufAllowSplit(), when copying an item where the aligned
size is smaller than the remaining length, the function does not consider
the case where the true size of the item is less than 4 bytes.
- The copy functions will automatically wrap around the write pointers when
the remaining length of the buffer is not large enough to fit a header, but
does not consider if wrapping around will cause an overlap with the read
pointer. This will make a full buffer be mistaken for an empty buffer
closes#1711
- xRingbufferSend() can get stuck in a infinite loop when the size of the
free memory is larger than the needed_size, but too small to fit in the ring
buffer due to alignment and extra overhead of wrapping around.

- Fixed documentation with ring buffer queue set API
- Adding and removing from queue set does not consider the case where the
read/write semaphores actually hold a value.
The following functions have been deprecated
- xRingbufferIsNextItemWrapped() due to lack of thread safety
- xRingbufferAddToQueueSetWrite() and xRingbufferRemoveFromQueueSetWrite()
as adding the queue sets only work under receive operations.
The following functions have been added
- xRingbufferReceiveSplit() and xRingbufferReceiveSplitFromISR() as a thread
safe way to receive from allow-split buffers
- vRingbufferGetInfo()
Documentation for ring buffers has also been added.
