freertos: cleanup tick/idle hook functionality
If CONFIG_FREERTOS_LEGACY_HOOKS is kept enabled then defining idle/tick hooks will be applications responsibility as was the case earlier. Signed-off-by: Mahavir Jain <mahavir@espressif.com>
