David Cermak 6cc07ecd58 examples: Add experimental modem example

* esp_modem cxx example to use esp_event_cxx (using only sync event)
* Use 0.1.9 version of the esp_modem to support CMake 3.5
* Add supported targets ESP32 and ESP32s2
