f5f7d21c83 CI: ignore result from check_doc_links 
check_doc_links will always fail due to:
 * No rate limitation for requests
 * Not being able to handle github links with anchors

33892aadb9 tools: Prefer python3 during install and export 
Install and export script should work on systems without "python"
executable.

8dbb14b469 system: Log a warning when booting bootloader or app configured for FPGA use
