29b8a00c0a esp_netif/lwip: Fix core-locking config (v4.4)

81e9266204 [examples]: removed hyphens 
Replaced hyphens with underscores in examples
project definition for all examples which had
hyphens in their project name. dpp-enrollee is
an exceptions because the name matches the
project directory name while the project
directory also contains hyphens.

6a7e15d019 Disable the example test for http2 request example. 
As the certificate for http2.golang.org has expired.
It will be enabled once the cert is updated or an alternative has been
found.

b40df07521 http2_request/sh2lib: Modified the "sh2lib_connect" API to take in a new 
defined `struct sh2lib_config_t` which contains required config options.

Modified the http2_request_example with the required changes.

e27c495354 Fixed broken http2_request example. 
Implementation of `esp_tls_conn_new_sync` now uses timeout_ms value to
give up retries.

Specified this value to be 10 sec. (10 * 1000 ms).

31b2702387 esp_netif, examples: esp_netif_init() moved into ESP_ERROR_CHECK() 
esp_netif_init() returns standard esp_err_t error code (unlike tcpip_adapter init), so shall be checked for the return value
Also to make the initialization code more consistent.

3ace8416b5 [examples] Create HTTP2 example with http2.golang.org 
Intention is to partition the demo into multiple files, so that the
main program is quite easy to follow.
1. connectlib.c: For any URL parsing and TCP connection related stuff
2. sh2lib.c: Convenience functions for HTTP2+TLS. The goal here is to
   expose a simpler API than nghttp2. If most usecases end up being
   served with this library, it could potentially be moved into a separate
   component
