bluedroid: Fix breaking change typos
...
This commit fixes typos that are breaking changes (i.e., macros, types, and functions)
in the bluedroid API. Migration notes for v5.0 have also been added.

Build & config: Remove the "make" build system
...
The "make" build system was deprecated in v4.0 in favor of idf.py
(cmake). The remaining support is removed in v5.0.
