16915556a3 fatfs: fstat - enable setting a custom preferred block size 
Enables setting a custom st_blksize in fatfs vfs fstat function.
Directly affects file buffer size for fatfs.
Increasing the value helps with fread and fgets speeds, however increases heap usage.
Added info to docs about improving I/O performance.

56f2001317 sdmmc/sdspi: allow custom setup of SD card frequency 
In order to allow flexible setup of SD card frequency, sdmmc_host_t.max_freq_khz is used as a limit

facab8c5a7 tools: Increase the minimal supported CMake version to 3.16 
This updates the minimal supported version of CMake to 3.16, which in turn enables us to use more CMake features and have a cleaner build system.
This is the version that provides most new features and also the one we use in our latest docker image for CI.

examples: sd_card: fix example test not getting the expected name 
SD card example prints the line which looks like:

   Name: 00000

If only part of the line is received, the regular expression in the
test still matches, and partial name is obtained. Later the example
test expects to see the same name in the file read from the SD card.
This check fails, because only partial name was received earlier.

Fix by adding a CR to the regular expression so that the entire name
is matched.

a866779070 Examples/Storage: sufficient timeout for SD formatting 
Too short timeouts often cause useless failures on large-capacity SDs (16GB+)
Fixed by adding 60 sec timeout on new "Filesystem mounted" checkpoint

a5f96b22d1 examples/sdmmc: enable internal pull-ups in SD mode 
Some development boards do not have sufficient external pull-ups on
SD card pins. Most notably, if high level on GPIO13 is not registered
by the card when GO_IDLE_STATE command is received, the card will enter
SPI mode and further communication will not be possible, until power to
the card is toggled.

This change enables internal pull-ups on SD card pins in an attempt to
make this initialization process more reliable.

* Use "example" in all example function & variable names,
  ie use i2c_example_xxx instead of i2c_xxx for example functions.

* Replace uses of "test" & "demo" with "example"
* Split the UART example into two
* Rename "main" example files to end with "_main.c" for disambiguation

5ea9097dbd esptool: Update to latest v2.0 beta version 
* New "espefuse.py set_flash_voltage" command to easily set a fix
  VDD_SDIO regulator voltage (1.8V, 3.3V or disabled).
* Fixes bugs when flashing files with non-4-byte aligned lengths
  (doesn't effect esp-idf image files)
* README improvements
