New example folder `network` has been introduced in 4ac24549ad to
hold examples related to generic networking, not specifically to
ethernet nor wifi. This change however didn't assign code owners, so
only IDF maintainers could approve MRs.
Assigning code ownership to groups:
* network
* wifi
- port.c and portmacro.h contents are now logically grouped
- Doxygen API descriptions added
- Added refactor todo markers
- Removed portmacro_priv.h. Contents now in portmacro.h
- Formatted files

ROM code doesn't allow loader stub to be executed in case secure boot in
enabled. Providing --no-stub flag to esptool allows user to flash new
firmware, given download mode hasn't been disabled
Due to these problems
* possible race condition, two events competing
* pattern detection work a little different for different IDF versions
* switching between pattern detection and data reading is complicated
* using just data events is easier for porting to a different communication peripheral
These changes were made:
* Removed the UART pattern detection entirely
* Used manual pattern detection after reading plain data from the UART
