189bdb2bf8 esp_wifi: fix not update phy according to country code. 
1. Fixed not update phy according to country code.
2. Fixed crashed when esp_wifi_set_ant_gpio() called
3. Fixed a bug when ftm used with ps enabled
4. Fixed a potential issue to allocate PSRAM to wifi stack where internal RAM is required
5. Fixed potential fail to scan AP after receiving disassoc/deauth from AP on esp32s2

2e0c60461c esp_wifi: refactor PHY access 
- Simplify PHY access API
- Move coexist initializing and deinitializing out from PHY API
  to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- Remove coexist pause and resume for they are no longer needed.

1) Update WiFi and PHY libs for ESP32S2.
2) Remove KConfig options ESP32S2 PHY lib selection.
3) Change target macros from ESP32S2BETA to ESP32S2

b7e3886bf2 Fix ESP32S2BETA WiFi initialization crash issue 
ESP32S2BETA does not need to enable WiFi common clock in WiFi library, for
WiFi common clock is not disabled when WiFi is in sleep state.

63019689d6 Coexist: fix some coexist bugs 
1. Fix high beacon and broadcast packets loss ratio of WiFi to make
   MDNS test pass.
2. Improve stability of WiFi performance with a little
   sacrifice of throughput.
3. Improve BLE advertising and connection performance with dynamic
   priority. It sacrifices a little WiFi throughput, but achieves balance
   between WiFi and Bluetooth.

1. Make smartconfig thread-safe
2. Fix WiFi stop/deinit memory leak
3. Refactor for WiFi init/deinit/ioctl etc
4. Add declaration for esp_wifi_internal_ioctl()
5. Fix the bug that WiFi stop leads to task watchdog
