This feature was only enabled for esp32, esp32s2, esp32s3 previously.
Now, enabling this feature for all targets.

fix(driver): gpio number definitions on Linux
...
* Removed gpio_types.h as it is already available
for Linux in the hal component.
* Moved gpio_num.h from tools/mocks to soc component
and added missing GPIO pin definitions

build-system: include soc_caps defines into kconfig
...
Adds gen_soc_caps_kconfig.py which parses the soc caps (soc_caps.h) into
a format that can be included in kconfig.
