fix(bootloader): Update pin range for factory reset and app test
Update the range for pin selection of BOOTLOADER_NUM_PIN_APP_TEST and BOOTLOADER_NUM_PIN_FACTORY_RESET based on the selected target. Closes https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/issues/14508
