fix(freertos): Fixed prvTaskCreateDynamicPinnedToCoreWithCaps

Browse Source 
* The function was based on an outdated IDF/FreeRTOS
  combination which didn't always require zero-ing
  the TCB. This has been changed in the current
  IDF/FreeRTOS combination, leading to crashes.
  Unconditionally zero-ing the TCB fixes this problem.
