freertos: Disable scheduler suspension tests for SMP FreeRTOS

The behavior of vTaskSuspendAll() has changed in SMP FreeRTOS. This commit
disables scheduler suspension related unit tests for SMP FreeRTOS.

The tests will be updated in IDF-5201
