sdmmc: Bugfix sdmmc_erase_sectors cmd38 argument validation
Unit test cases added to verify -ve test, for sdmmc_erase_sectors to return ESP_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED Closes https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/issues/8704
